Umami is self-hosted on AKILLIM.NET, a secure and high-performing infrastructure service, and the resulting analytics data is stored securely on servers located in Türkiye.

Umami is cookieless: it does not place any cookies on your device and does not use localStorage or sessionStorage. It does not assign a persistent identifier to you and does not track you across other websites.

For each page view, Umami processes a limited set of technical information such as the page address and title, the referring address, browser language, screen size and general browser/device information. Technical connection data (such as the IP address) is processed only momentarily, server-side, to derive an anonymous, non-persistent session value; it is not stored as a personal identifier.

This analytics data is not used for advertising, marketing or behavioural profiling, and it is never shared with or sold to any third party, nor transferred abroad.

7. Legal Basis#

The theme localStorage key is used to remember the user’s visual preference and improve the user experience of the website.

This is a limited functional preference technology because it does not contain directly identifying information and is stored only in the user’s browser. Where such processing is considered personal data processing, it is based on the legitimate interests of the data controller and the provision of the visual preference requested by the user.

The aggregate analytics collected through the self-hosted, cookieless Umami tool are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the data controller in understanding aggregate traffic and improving the website, applying data minimisation and without storing any information on the user’s device.

Strictly necessary technical cookies that may be set by Cloudflare for security purposes may be used to provide the website securely, reliably and efficiently.

This website does not use cookies or device storage for advertising, marketing, behavioural tracking or cross-site tracking. The analytics described above (Umami) is cookieless and stores no information on your device.

In this context, technical connection data such as IP address, request time, browser information and device information may be processed through Cloudflare infrastructure for security and delivery purposes, independently of cookie use.
