This Privacy Notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the related Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilment of the Obligation to Inform, regarding the processing of the personal data of visitors to the osmandagdeviren.com.tr website.

1. Data Controller#

Your personal data is processed by the following party acting as the data controller:

2. Personal Data Processed#

During your visit, only a limited set of personal data is processed:

  • Transaction security and connection data: IP address, request date and time, the address of the visited page, the referring address (referrer), browser and operating system information, device type, screen size and browser language.
  • Communication data: only if you contact us by email — your email address and the content of your message.

The website contains no membership, login, form or comment functionality that directly collects identity information. Visit statistics are collected without cookies and without assigning a persistent identifier, at an aggregate level.

3. Purposes of Processing#

The data above is processed for the following purposes:

  • Providing the website securely, without interruption and with good performance,
  • Ensuring traffic security and preventing abuse, bot and attack traffic,
  • Understanding visit statistics at an aggregate, statistical level and improving the site’s content,
  • Responding to the contact requests you send,
  • Fulfilling obligations arising from applicable legislation.

The processed data is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling or tracking users across different websites.

Your personal data is collected by automated means through web server logs, cookieless analytics infrastructure and security/content-delivery (CDN) infrastructure; and, where you contact us by email, by partly automated means.

Your data is processed on the following legal bases set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:

  • Art. 5/2-(f) — the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed (security, aggregate analytics and site improvement).
  • Art. 5/2-(ç) — compliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject (keeping necessary records and statutory retention).
  • Art. 5/2-(c) — where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (where required to handle contact requests).

5. Storage and Transfer of Data#

Your personal data is stored securely on AKILLIM.NET, a secure and high-performing infrastructure service, on servers located in Türkiye. Analytics data is sent only to this infrastructure; it is never shared with or sold to any third party and is not transferred abroad.

The website may use a security/CDN layer (Cloudflare) for performance, security and content delivery. In this context, technical connection data such as the IP address may be processed only to the extent technically necessary to ensure security and availability.

6. Retention Period#

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and for the statutory retention periods set out in the applicable legislation. Security and traffic records (server access logs) are kept for at most 90 days for abuse and security investigation purposes, and are deleted or anonymised at the end of that period. Visit statistics are cookieless and aggregate/statistical in nature. Once these periods expire, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights as a Data Subject#

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:

  • learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • request information if it has been processed,
  • learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • know the third parties to whom the data is transferred at home or abroad,
  • request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurately processed,
  • request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  • request that correction, deletion and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • object to a result that arises against you through the analysis of the processed data solely by automated systems,
  • claim compensation for damage you suffer due to the unlawful processing of your data.

8. How to Exercise Your Rights#

You may submit requests regarding the rights above, together with information confirming your identity, to legal@akillim.net. Your request will be concluded within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK.

9. Changes#

This Privacy Notice may be updated in line with changes in legislation or updates to the technologies used on the website. The most recent version is always published on this page.
